Sergetti shipset, Organic (there is also another organic empire in this game), Miners, Intel.
Relatively powerful empire (AFAIK)
Colonisation practically ended, current emphasis on ressource production and construction of big fleets with lots of big ships.
"10 turn warning before agression" treaties with some of the neighbours, and some tech trades waiting for trade ships to be built.
