Bonus stacking

What bonuses stacks and what don't?
What i know (think i know):
Value/condition improvement facilities stack
Other facilities of same type does not stack.

What i don't know:
Birth rate facilities (medical lab+gestation vats)
Research/intel/production boosters system/planet wide, specific resource/all resource.

example of what i don't know:
Does Central computer complex (+X% research on planet) stacks with System computer complex (+X% research in system)?

Does robotoid factory (+X% in all 3 resources) stacks with mineral scaner (minareal only boost)?

The best bonus ability of each scope applies. Thus, system and planet research complex stack, but robotoid and mineral scanner (of the same scope) do not stack.

Thanks for the confirmation, I was curious as well. Do you know if the racial trait for increasing "Space Yard" build rate applies to Temporal Space Yards as well?

Yes. Both facilities use exactly the same ability; they just come from different tech areas.

since it stacks with the normal space yard it would stack with the temporal one
