Creating Fleets

Hey Everyone,

Quick Question: Looking at the code, for the AI, it creates an empty fleet and fills the fleet later by ordering ships to join it (whereas the human can only create a fleet with a ship/unit selected). Is this correct?

Anyone know how to create a fleet without first selecting a ship?

Anyone see the AI have an empty fleet?

Yes, the AI creates fleets before they have any ships.

How come a player can't do the same? Kinda like congress enacting a bill without money....

Well we already do, not that we actually have real choice in paying taxes Sad If I were a king for a day I would set the tax code to where the citizens selected where they wanted there tax spent (and not through their representatives) Smiling
