Alliances |
In BM is the AI smart enough to form alliances of multiple empires? I'd love to see if groups of AI could learn to work together. I have yet to see alliances formed by the AI, let alone multiple alliances duking it out.
Also I was wondering how a alliance could declare war against other empires/alliances. I didn't see any such option.

don´t know how the status of alliances at all is at the moment or if it´s still totally bugged, but about your second question.
if you are in an alliance, you can propose a new message that the alliance sends out as a whole. this message can is like a normal message except that all members vote onto that message if it is being send or not.
so you could start a new message and declare war on another empire and see if the rest of the allinace accepts that.
