Custimized Orders for Ships?

Is there a way to inject or modify existing orders from the drop down menu, say from a ship?

In particular, I want to edit/modify the Open Warp point order. How and where are those orders executed? I'm assuming inside the game engine and not truly modable.

I've looked all over the place and haven't seen where one can even change the name of it (I've done settings and constants .txt files and it still didn't change the name of the order in game).

I think it is possible because the auto complete function in the ship creation screen is executed using that button interface and the execution script is written in the CSF files. So there is some interaction with the script files DURING the players turn (or I could be wrong).
