[1.58][BM v110] Attacking a planet heals its hit points :o) |

I had a small fleet ordered to attack an undefended planet. The fleet contains several standard attack ships, mainly equiped with Uranium Canons, and 3 Destroyers/Bombers equiped with Planetary Napalm and Radiation Bombs.
Combat reports : the planet begins the turn with 11% damages (I already attacked it 3 turns ago) and end the turn with 0% damages...

From memory (I'm at work and can't check) the percentage is not 'damage' but 'structure.' So 11% is healthier than 10%, and your 0% planet is dead. I can't believe I don't know this off the top of my head. I need to pay more attention to my games.
