Does this mean I can make facilities that increase in cost based on how many are already built? For example, a negative kT building with an increasing cost so only so many can be built before the planet starts to run at a net loss?
Is there a formula function yet to get total facility size so this facility would in turn have a larger benefit on larger planets?

I'm not sure if the functions work outside of the requirement fields.. you'd have to test that aspect.
There is no data file function to return the total facility space on a planet.
