Having a small problem with the latest version of the balance mod. Every single game, for some reason unknown to me I'm using ALOT of organic resource. I'm using close to 10k right at the start of each and every game and I can't figure out what is using it. I've modded it so that the starting planets only start with a space yard, a space port, supply depot, one of each extractor, and one research. I doubt that's what's causing the problem, if anything that should have got me using LESS resource rather then more. I'd put up a saved game but no idea how.

Population uses a LOT more organic resources than the stock game does, this is far more realistic and I like it.

Balance Mod does have a maintenance cost of 1 organic per 1m population; depending on how many planets you have this could account for what you're seeing or at least part of it.
