Will the AI use my custom additions?

Hi,

I've read that the AI will not use a new custom Racial Traits unless it's added to the AI scripts. Is this correct?

What about new custom Government and Society types? Will the AI use those if they're not added to the AI scripts?

Note that my goal is for the AI *not* to use those new things I'm adding. I would like the human player to be the only one using the additions.
