Hi,
I was wondering what the difference is between a Crystalline ship and a normal ship. The only difference I can tell is the differing amounts of resoureces used in each one.
I guess that only Crystalline ships can carry Crystalline armor. Am I right? If so, are there any other advantges over a normal ship?

imho any ship can carry crystalline armor if empire has crystalline tech level 1 or more. there are no more requirements described for this component in components.txt in stock

In stock, the only difference is resource cost.
