Ship Combat - Use the red circle to give battle info

Description

A very minor suggestion to do with the red ring that depicts the weapon range of ships in Combat.

This could be used to provide combat information that could improve play. When ships fall below 25% of either total supplies or ordnance the ring could change to Orange. This would give you the chance to pull ships out of the battle before they drained all supplies.

When either supplies or ordnance were zero the ring could turn white. This would tell you that you should try to extract them from combat as they would not be contributing.

This would be helpful in battles involving many ships.

Question: how do you turn this red ring on? I never knew such a feature existed.

On the left side, above the combat mini-map, is a row of buttons. First button forces the movement indicator to stay lit, the second activates the Range circle (the red ring). The Third forces the target indicators to stay lit, and the fourth causes numbers indicating shields and Hull remaining to float above each ship.
