Ability "Storage Facility Space Percent" does not work correctly |

Description
This ability adds 100 to the specified percentage.
For example a Large planet with the default 20000 facility space using this ability at 25% the planet would have 45000 facility space (125%) instead of the expected 25000.
A pitiful workaround is to apply the ability at -75% then you wold get the correct total.
BTW the ability "Storage Cargo Space Percent" works perfectly just as you would expect.
