I read on this forum that it was on sale now as DD. If so, why no news announcement or link to buy it? Where do you get it?

It's kinda funny. Australia has it at the end of last month. EB is shipping and has it as released when I asked them on Sunday. But doubts they will carry it at my area store. Steam has the pdf manual up and Strategy First still has not yet ready for pre-order.
SF Marketing needs to get their act together.

The way Steam works is you pre-order, it downloads most of the game, then on release day you download the rest and unlock it. If they say its pre-orderable, its pre-orderable.
