Access Violations

When is Aaron going to fix the problem with access violations? It seems more persuasive now than ever before. It happended some time is IV but with V I have never finished a game. After 30 + minutes completing my moce I rename a fleet or something as insignificant and SEV crashes with an access violation. I have reinstalled SEV 4 times with no change. What happend to Error Traps?

They are fixed with 1.45 and in the next public patch Smiling
