I figured out most everything else about empire files/shipsets, but how do I edit the *race* setup.csf file? For races used by computer in a single game as my AI opponents, how do I edit or MAKE my own of these files for the race setup?

The .csf files are compiled script files. You have to edit the source scripts, located in SE5\Utilities\ScriptCompiler folder, then compile them into the end-user .csf file.
