Does this forum engine posses the capabliity of making certain topics sticky, ie. they always sit at the top of the page. For an example of this:

This gives the ability to put starting guides, faqs etc. at the top of the page and saves searching, especially for newcomers.
This feature may need a moderator and I'm not sure if this forum is moderated.
Just a thought, the forum is extremely useful as it stands.

I dont know about the sticky, but there is a sister forum called "SEV FAQ" where basic how toos are supposed to be, but I think in practice this forum gets way more posts.
