SEV crashes when trying to make a sphere world.

I have SEV w/ 1.44 patch installed

I encountered a point in which the game crashes (game/screen goes white) with an Access Violation error when trying to make a sphere world.

It seems to only occur to me when the baseships with the needed components (the plating and the cables) are in a fleet, with the sphere world creating component in a baseship separate from the fleet but still in the same sector.

This apparently only occurs to me when the other baseships are in a fleet. I've had at least 2 crashes due to this while troubleshooting for the cause.
When the other baseships are not in a fleet, it makes the Sphere World without a problem.
