AI trade with each other?

Does the AI trade with each other?

I want to play with technology not tradeable but that option doesn't seem to work, but if the AI only trades with me, then it's easy to just avoid the tech share trades.

the AI is suposed to be able to do any thing that you as a player can do as they work as simulated players. So if you can trade tech then so can they.

However I dont know if the stock AI or for that any other actualy do this.
