Has PBW applied the Balance Mod fix for SEV 1.44/BM 1.08?

This is in reference to the bug in which hordes of militia are generated. I understand that Kwok issued a fix for this issue.

Is it safe to convert my PBW games from 1.35/1.08 over to 1.44/1.08?

v1.09 will be out tonight or tomorrow afternoon and has the fix. It should be on pbw fairly quickly. The current PBW v1.08 wouldn't have the miltia fix.

One more question from someone who is a little behind on current events: will SEV 1.44/BM 1.09 be compatible with 1.35/1.08 games already in progress?
