Yes my laptop runs SEV with 1440x900 with no troubles whatsoever. The widescreen aspect allows the slanted view of systems to use the full screen area very well!

SE5 works fine 1680 X 1050 native (digital set up & 32 bit) 20" WS...been playing for months. Maybe the LCD inf file might help.

I run it no probs in 1920x1200 with 32 bit color etc.

It runs at the 1680x1050 native res on my laptop, so I'd have to say yes. Haven't tested it on hdtv specific resolutions, but they shouldn't be hard to support if wacky LCD res is supported.
