Launching units in simultaneous games takes a turn, instead of free action like normal game |

Description
In a normal game you can launch units (Drones, Satelites, Fighters, Mines) at the beginning of your turn. You can give your units movement orders then.
In simultaneous games you have to give the launch order and the units will be launched at the end of the turn; The player effectively loses a turn when attacking with units. Also, the element of surprise is lost.
2 possible sollutions;
- Allow instantaneous launch of units and allow to give orders to these units when launched. (Handle like normal game)
- Feature that auto launches units upon completion at the beginning of a turn. (Set per planet like with waypoints, I guess). Although I would settle for empire wide. Note that empire wide will probably cause some issues with loading carriers and such.

1) Yes, now that I think about it, why would be the normal game style launch/recovering of units problematic? We already can instantly scrap cargo! And this could also be applied to Cargo Transfer: that would help a lot with the hassle of managing units, population and supplies in Simultaneous games!
2) The launch minister should, in theory, work exactly like that... but it doesn't seem to work.
