Description
The opening "Strategy First" and "Malfador Machinations" logo screens flash into, then out of, visibility once, immediately before fading in during the game intro. Also, the "Space Empires V" main menu screen that follows does the same thing.
Seen on a AMD X2, v1.44. I never noticed this on prior versions.
