I found bug with shield imploder. It cannot be found as unique tech on planet because it need ruins index 7 and max ruins in stellar object.txt is 3. This shud be fix in next patch.

I think what he is pointing out that it is impossible to ever get this tech in stock, because the settings will never generate the required value to let the player discover this tech.
So right now Shield Imploder = Never
He wants it changed so that it is possible to get the tech.

The same applies to the Power Leech tech area (unique area 6, but no such ruins exist). I sent an email to Aaron earlier in the week, but have received no reply as of yet.

Is that not a feature to stop you discovering too valuable a tech in early game?
