Player Placement text offset if window minimized during game start

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new game
2. While the game is starting (player creation, galaxy creation, etc.) minimize the window
3. Select the window
4. The 'Player Placement' text will be off-set to the lower right

I am not certain if other text would be affected in the same way if, when I had re-selected the window, another loading stage was in progress.

Note: The 'Player Creation' and 'Galaxy Creation' text was in the correct location prior to minimizing the window.
