Pre-Built Stellar Constructs

Is it possible, through any means whatsoever, to have pre-built stellar constructs in specific systems (i.e. Have pre-built ringworld in a system of my choosing)?

There are two ways.
one: make a map using a map maker.
two: start a game build some ringworlds or whatever you want and save the map and start a new game using the map you saved.

There is a way to force the game to spawn certain stellar sizes in solar systems.

1: set the constructs to no longer constructed only. (planetsizes)

1b: set planet size huge to be stellar size large (planetsizes)

2: Then you set the game to not spawn planets of stellar size huge at random. set chance for large to 40 and huge to 0(system types)

3: set certain system types to spawn planets of stellar size huge as a set item. (systemtypes)
