Fleet movement problem on PBW.

I have a problem with a fleet. It's sitting on a warp point, and there is an enemy fleet on the other side of the warp point (I see it with a explorer ship).

For the last two turns I tried to get it to warp, but it doesn't want to.

The first time IIRC I simply gave it the order to warp on the other side. It didn't do it and the warp order was still here on the next turn. I had a ship in the fleet with depleted supplies, but even then it has 1 movement point and this should be enough...

On the second turn, I gave to several ships, including the fleet, to move on the sector occupied by the enemy fleet. Here's what happened:
- A ship on the enemy fleet warp point side sucessfully attacked it.
- Both the fleet and two other ships on my side of the warp point had their orders cleared and didn't move anywhere.

During all those "preparations" the other player has plenty of time to reinforce his fleet. What can I do?

I believe you need to give it an attack order. Since you can see the enemy's ships on the other side, it probably doesn't want to move into a hostile sector unless it's an attack order.

Something similar happened to me and Unnamed a few days ago in our PBW game. All our ships orders didn't get carried out, but were still there the next turn. Everything else processed fine and this happened for a couple of turns - we're currently trying to find out how to fix it.

Why then one ship attacked them? IIRC, I also gave him a move order. And the first turn I didn't see the fleet, so my fleet should have warped!

There is a bug which affected many of the players in a recent PBW game. Ships were not carrying out their movement orders (but the orders did not get cleared, so it was quite apparent that human error wasn't a factor). It affected myself and several others.

I've never seen it in single player; also, nobody complained about it until twenty or thirty turns into the game. Not all ships were affected, but some ships were consistently affected more than others. We sent the saved game to Malfador. I don't know if the issue will be resolved in the next update or not.

Maybe that's what happened on the first turn, and on the second the ships refused to move to (through because it was a warp point) the enemy fleet and cancelled orders. I'll try to use attack-move and attack seek commands.
