If you have maximum cloaking are there any sensors or anything that can see you if you have a computer run ship, because I have level 50 stealth armor and the max cloaking device and am trying to sneak up on a human player and want to know if he can see me or not when the cloak is running.

The highest level Tachyon Sensors beat the best Cloaking Devices and Stealth Armors.

IIRC if his "scanning level" is less than your cloak level, then he can't see you. If it's equal or better, then he can.
