When do I get the Shield Regenerator??? |
Oh my god, I'm at like level 15 in shields, and STILL NO REGENERATOR!!! You got them starting with the phased shields in SE IV, with a lot less research. What gives?
If they were going to be almost unreachable until late in the game, they should have scrapped the component all together and just made ALL shield components regenerate, the higher the tech the faster the regeneration.

That's crap, they should just do away with it, and have it built in to all shield components, at increasing levels of effectiveness as the tech goes up.
All that is done before the naked stars is remembered
