Description
The Unit Scrapping Minister needs a little work. I would like to see this minister report ALL the scrapped units for a planet as one text box, not one text box for each unit that was scrapped. With one hundred colonies, it sometimes takes a while to work through the scrapped cargo items.

I have yet to devise a way around this (its annoying as heck to me, too).
The scripting language only allows for scrapping a single item at a time. As far as I have been able to find, there is no AI command to scrap multiple objects at once, and there is no non-verbose (event that does not give a report box) scrap command.
I may not be able to resolve this.
A way to minimize the number of scrap messages, is to design a new unit every time its primary component (like primary weapons for troops) gains a new level. Then the AI doesn't scrap everything at once, as it doesn't scrap a unit unless its design is more than 5 game years (50 turns) old, to allow unit numbers to build up in locations.
