How to create and save a race

Hi people,
I'm new to this and i'm loving it, so it's normal that i'm just keep coming here asking about all sort of things. Sorry about that.

And here's a new question:

How do I create and save a race so that I can use it on single or mulpiplayer games? So that, evrytime a start a new game, i don't have to fill it all again, just loading my saved race.
