Lunar colonies and fog of war

This is odd... I've passed by a planet that is a moon of an asteroid field, and now on the sector object list (the grid in the bottom center of the screen when I click on the sector) I can see that an enemy colony is present by the flag appearing over the planet... but when I click the planet in that list to get details, the flag goes away... I wonder what the flag was doing there in the first place? Does it mean that there is an enemy colony there and Aaron forgot to take the flags off of that list when colonies are out of range, or is fog of war actually (partly) working properly? Sticking out tongue

I've experienced a related bug with lunar colonies. I'd send ships to the enemy colony, and I couldn't initiate combat. Both the enemy colony and my ships were there in the same sector, and nothing happened. I tried leaving and going back, but the same result.
