I suggest getting troops on the ground of those planets

I'm not sure if this is for SEIV as well, but maybe there are enemy ships in your system?

The ground troppers don't work, i tried thousand time...it's a big problem...

Ground troops do work, just have to give them time.

SEV, more than a feeling.

Sometimes it takes multiple ships AND multiple turns. Ground troops help in addition to ships. But you cant expect to park stuff in orbit and people immediately calm down.

One way of fixing this requires a pop transport and at least 1 building or structure on the planet.Pull all the pop off the planet.This leaves 1 pop
still on it. As long as there is 1 structure this will work. Now click on abandon planet,yes.Do not click on destroy structures.Blowoff the 1 pop and
repopulate from your transport.Now everyone is happy,happy.regards.

I know about 25 ships give a noticble effect to how the population feels about you. (also adversely when there are 25 alien ships...)
