This is fully reproducible. Pick any ship in a sector with a spaceyard. Go to deconstruct/analyse it, but cancel when it asks for confirmation. Then end turn and say yes I really mean it. Not only does the turn not end, but the ship is deconstructed and analysed.

actualy, yes, it is necicary. since aaron often prioritizes using "does this report have a savegame" if not, then it tends to go to the bottom end of his pile. if the bug is reasonibly easy to set up, then create a new game in stock and send that, else just send the savegame anyway, with the mod (or a link to download the mod) atached.

Anyway this was fixed in v1.37:
1. Fixed - Sometimes processing of a turn would halt when a deconstruct & analyze order was executed.

Can you send your savegame to MM with instructions to reproduce. He's building the next patch early this week and so there's a good chance this can be fixed now.
