CD-Key Locked?

I changed my laptop, and I cannot play SE4 anymore... It says that I installed SE4 too many times...

I installed it on my old laptop (on the windows partition and on the Linux partition), and on my Desktop computer... What should I do to be able to play it on my new laptop?
