I just had my research points drop to 0. I have plenty of all resources. Is this a known bug?
Or am I just lucky?

Second the good Captian and add NEVER ACCEPT A TREATY YOU HAVE NOT READ THROUGHLY
Sorry for shouting but the AI for all its faults is good a cripling you with Treaties so watch out.

You likely accepted a treaty with the "No Research" provision.
