Ground Combat mod 2.07

1. Changed - tweaked some component requirements
2. Changed - reduced research cost of troop weapons
3. Changed - AI designed tanks will add an MG if space permits
4. Added - proper beam effect for flamethrower component
5. Changed - increased ordnance storage of flamethrower component

as good as the mod seems, I won't play it if I have to use the vanilla SE5 version. A pity, really.

It is and was always intended to be a partial mod making changes only to ground combat and a few related bits.

It makes for a fun addition to a human only game and makes for a fun single player varient if you give the AI bonuses and dont go all out to beat them up from the start.

PS I asume you sorted out the malitia issue

Yep, militia issue solved by Fyron's suggestion of a separate Militia hull.

And yes, this is most definately only a partial mod. I deliberately included lots of comments in the scripts and data files so that real modders can fairly easily add this to their own mods should they so desire.
