Help with Abilities types

Just a question for any1:
Is there any way to know the actual numeric values for the constants of abilities types as "Sight Obscuration","Empire - Grant Random New Tech Levels","Damage Caused To Space Vehicles","Sensor Interference", etc...? Any kind of conversion table?
