I am not sure since I still use xp. As far as using compatability mode in Vista I do not know either. (I tend to have bad luck running win98 games in compatability mode with xp). Another option is to get a program (virtual machine) that will allow for multiple windows operating systems running at the same time and can toggle with the click of a mouse and share files too. Need at least a dual core processor to work right.

You do not need a dual core CPU to use an emulator. You will probably not be able to run SF well in an emulator anyways, since they don't really have very much in the way of 3d video cards.

I am not sure of the virtual machine my brother uses, but he does run games on it. He's dang near an expert with pc's and programing. He's been programing for well over 20+ years in his spare time away from his pc business. I could shoot him an email to ask what he's using if you are interested?

Anyways does anyone know if SF works with Vista?
