Strange problem with the game. |
For some reason whenever I launch the game now it launches in a window mode and the mouse isn't responsive. I try to change the resolution in the game's setup but it will not let me select ANY option in that setup menu. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and it wont work, i haven't changed anything on my computer either.
I have the steam version.

If none of the setup options "Work" and it still launches in windowed mode with no mouse (or keyboard?) responce I would first suggest re-installing directX, I've known several games to "Bug out" (and it's only them, others might run fine) by running in a windowed mode (even if they don't have one!) if there is something wrong with it accessing directX

I just had to change it back to full screen, so no real problem with that...

Have you tried setting it up in the graphics settings? That's where you should do it..
DoubleClick your SE5 icon; Then DON't click play but find the options in there... That's where you set Windowed mode or your resolution.

I can get mine (.33) to window but then can't get to the bottom of the screen to get the view to scroll down. I've tried different resolution combos but always get the same result.

It's quite hard to see the highlighted item in the setup menu, try selecting the display mode that you want then click OK. Seems to work even though you can't tell that anything is highlighted.

You can also change those options in regedit.

One day my game suddenly started in windowed mode... I don't use steam.
