IRM Wikiness

I spent a few minutes porting the wikispaces IRM articles to SE Wiki:

Current version is 0.99a, soon to be 0.99b. The bug list is indeed outdated...

As discussed before in AIM, I envisioned the Wiki as being an online "to do" list that everyone could contribute to. But it seems between you and Bmaxa you've got an organised system of tackling bugs already.

We are somewhat organized, but i would not say we have a perfect system. There are still things slipping under the radar or that are not fully fixed. We have split the work : he does most of the scripting, i manage the data files, designs (ships, units) and balance issues. We also have Unamed that will eventually take a serious part in the scripting, but for now is busy on his own modding. I'm the one who keep track of bugs and issues and make sure they get fixed...
