Remote mining and Finite Resources

Submitted by dprovins on Fri, 2007-03-30 20:40. Space Empires V General

Has anyone else noticed that remote mining of planets or asteroid fields in a finite resources game does NOT reduce the resource value?? This totally defeats the purpose of a finite resources game!! Getting a bit low on minerals?? Just keep dumping remote mining satellites on the closest asteroid field or empty planet. ~~humpth~~
