Custom race art |
Greetings!
I seek to add a custom race portrait to the game, and maybe later a flag, that I can select but the game won't use itself when populating a map. Would I need to create another race folder for the files, and if so, would that folder require anything else?
Any input would be appreciated.

As for the race pics, you will need to entirly design a new race. (I think). Just copy an existing empire, and change the race portrait. You will need to adjust the size of the images however, so that they are the exact same size as the originals.

You can add custom flags to Pictures\Flags.
