Emergancy Build Bug

I never knew of the Emergancy Build command until someone mentioned it in another posting, and I've been trying it out. Its underneath Queue Options. (Which is mostly useless except for that command.)

Anyways, the in-game description says that it makes everything produce at double the rate for up to 10 turns, and then half the rate after that, for each year you had emergancy on.

But what its ACTUALLY doing, according to the labels on the queue, is increase the build rate by half, and then reduce it to 1/4th the normal build for 10 years after. No matter how many turns I had it on - its 1/4th for 10 years.

I'm not sure where else I should report this at.

Its increased to one and a half build rate until you turn it off or ten turns have passed. At which point you build at a quater of that rate for the time it was on with the maximum being ten turns.

Its what is says as I recall in the updated manual and it hasent changed since v 1.13 the manual is downloadable form MM and might still be on this site as an atachment to the 1.20 patch anouncvement

In 1.33 (and BM 1.05) the Emergency buld automatically ended when the item in the queue was done, if there was only one item in the queue. Nice change but it caught me off guard when I went to turn it off and it already was off.
