Minor Problems

I noticed a few minor problems with version 1.25:

1. Both of the tech files in the Utility Folder show that Planet Utilization tops out at level 21. It should go to level 40.
2. The research screen tech preview shows that when you are at Industry level 2 you will develop the facility "Space Port" when you reach level 3. The "Space Port" is, of course, available from the beginning of the game.
3. Similarly, when you are at Physics level 3 the tech preview should show that you are about to discover "Cloaking". Instead it shows what you developed at level 2 (Shields, Defenses, Energy Pulse and Energy Stream Weapons).
4. Minister designed weapons platforms can contain sensors that are not available to human designs.

2. and 3. seems to be the same failure.
Happens at other tech as well.
The mouse over research screen tech preview sometimes shows old things, instead of the things in the expected benefits text.

4. Auto Complete is totally ignoring the unit type restrictions.
It has a own, different component list for each design type.
If you say a weapon platform is a fighter it will even install fighter components on that.
