Description
In the construction queue display of a planet, sometimes the number of objects In queue of my research centers (Of which I had over 100 in queue) didn't update. Removing then adding the queued facilities gave sporadic updates: some planets added to the amount in queue, some didn't, but whenever one was removed, the number in queue didn't decrease. I've seen the same problem with other facilities.
I had been having resource issues at this point.
