Component without technology

Hello again im having some mayor problems that i cant solve and cant find the error as far as i see there is no problems. The problem is that this, and several other components belonging to racial traits show up when the technologies required isnt researched:S

How come the damn component is shown even thou that the technologies isnt researched. the same thing happened with several organic technologies aswell.

What have i done so wrong?

Are these items inserted between other items? If so, an existing savegame may have items messed up, as they are indexed by their position in the file. You may want to start a new game for testing if this is the case.

Strange... everything seems right.

Have you made sure the racial tech isn't researched?

One time I started a new IRM game and it didn't give me one of the techs, even though it was present in the files. Starting a new game fixed this. Is it possible a similar problem occured, where the tech you see isn't the one being used?

this tech isnt a racial trait but just a normal technology. Ive tried restarting not only once but 10 times. i had the same problem with a antimatter reactor wich ive added but it disapeared after a while. And the racial traits isnt researched either no cheats nothing it just appear from nowhere :|

i can also see that organical technology for exempel is a maxout technology, the weapons of it only, but when i check research screen there is no organic weapon technology researched, the same with crystal and temporal Shocked

a question thou, how do you change the amount of tech points you can distrubute in the begining when you create empires?
