Space Empires V General
I had a planet that was one turn away from completing a ship.I canceled the ship build order.
The next turn , in the news section, i got a news item saying that planet had completed the build order and constructed the ship.
The planet of course had not, becuase i can canceled the build order last turn, but the game didnt seem to be able to realize this.

what version are you playing. in stock 1.25 if i scrap an upgrading building i just get a message that it couldnt upgrade. didnt effect the que at all other than wasting resources for how ever many turns it took to finish the no longer existiant 'upgrading'

Found another bug or issue related to build orders.
If you put in an order to upgrade a facility, than scrap that facility,the upgrade order will block any other items on the build order from completeing by never removing itself.
It will simply keep failing to complete,creating a log jam in the build process.
