Bug Reports
I was playing a game, where I had an alliance with AI Player 11. Then I started a new game, without ending the program.
Now, I'm still exchanging tech with the new Player 11.
There is no active alliance. I can still make other treaties.
But I'm getting messages, that I got tech and other information, because of Commonwealth rules.
