IRE-amped updated and how to intergrate(sp) happiness

I am stil working on my mod Now called IRE-amped
I spent the weekend playing it it plays pretty well still not ready to rlease it yet wanna get a couple of Featers added and some old IRM(which my mod is based on, BTW) out

I made a new happiness type Neutral but expansive It doesn't like combat but will go to war if it the only way to expand I do I intergrate it
