yes just issue the comands in sequence and they will stack so long as the first order takes longer than one turn to do. I ferquently stack servey this system and return andd resuply orders.

yes provided the ship takes more than one turn to exicute its current order and dosent encounter a situation which might clear its orders then you can stack as many as you like.
